Can you take over a Craft site built by another agency?
Yes. Taking over existing Craft CMS sites is one of the most common things we do. We review how the site is built, document what matters, and get you onto a stable footing — whether or not the original developer is still around.
We're on Craft 2 or 3 — can you upgrade us to Craft 5?
Yes. We handle Craft version upgrades and migrations, including the jump from older versions, plugin replacements and any template changes needed. We'll review your site first and give you a clear, fixed quote before any work begins.
What tech stack do you work with?
We specialise in Craft CMS, usually paired with Vue or Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS — the stack we know inside out. We don't typically work with React, so if your front-end is built on React (or a headless React setup), we may not be the best fit. Either way, tell us what you're running and we'll be honest about whether we can help.
Do you offer ad-hoc support, or only monthly retainers?
Both. We can help with one-off fixes and audits, or set up an ongoing support retainer so updates, monitoring and small changes are handled for you. We'll recommend whichever suits your situation.
How long do your support agreements last?
As long as you need them to. After an initial review we'll recommend the right level of cover; ongoing support is typically a monthly retainer with a regular review, and we'll keep the commitment flexible to suit you.
How often should a Craft CMS site be updated?
We recommend updating Craft CMS and its plugins at least monthly, and applying critical security updates as soon as they're released. On a support retainer we handle this for you and let you know what's changed.
How will I know what you've done?
